I owned the ultrafine, tippet,7'4wt, and the far and fine in the older models. I also fished the upstream in a 4 wt. The Orvis was more full flexing with a stiffer tip, while the Douglas seemed to be more progressive in a 4wt. I fished the ultrafine with small drys and soft hackles in a tailwater, and thought it was a very fun rod to fish.
